Made of clear, .040" thick polycarbonate, the window and chin protector are easily attached to Gateway’s headgear. Full crown-to-chin protection reduces overhead glare, allows room for protective eyewear to be worn underneath, and provides workers with more than 180° of eye and face protection while promoting optimum peripheral vision.
The faceshield’s 100% polycarbonate construction is impact- and scratch-resistant. As a lower-cost alternative for light- or non-impact use, the clear window is available in .040" proprionate (PCTG). All Gateway Safety windows comply with ANSI Z87.1 and CSA Z94.3 standards.
